PURPOSE

The purpose of the job description is to promote / sell / secure sales orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. To demonstrate products and services to existing / potential customers and assist them in selecting the best solutions to suit their needs. To make recommendation catered to their business. The duties and responsibilities are detailed below.

 KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key duties and responsibilities are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature as follows:

  1. Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for PixnPlay’s products/services.
  2. Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  3. Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  4. Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  5. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  6. Analyzes the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
  7. Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
  8. Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
  9. Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  10. Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.

In addition, it is the responsibility of the Sales Executive to initiate and develop a good professional relationship with our clients and to ensure that this relationship is maintained through frequent (weekly) and timely contact (visits, meeting logs, telephone calls including skype).

INTERNAL ADMINISTRATION AND CONTROL

The Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring that the PIXNPLAY Culture, “Brand Promise” and clients’ contacts are effectively implemented and continually improved upon.  The following are some activities that must be maintained:-

  • Planning weekly tasks and activities;
  • Reporting weekly accomplishments promptly to the MD;
  • Presenting and maintaining the image of PIXNPLAY in the office, and staying “On-Brand”;
  • Recording and maintaining Project Assignments Record;
  • Planning work to achieve higher productivity.

The Sales Executive must achieve the following company’s objectives and commitments to the clients:

Project the corporate image as a Prolific Business Innovation Technologists, leveraging on the integration of Mobile and Media applications to provide cost effective solutions for increased profitability and growth.
